Job Description

Must have good customer care skills, be capable of dealing with late check-ins and night bar for residents, have a pleasant telephone manner and be flexible to assume additional tasks. Duties are, appending to security on arrival and designated security checks to the whole hotel, general cleaning of lounge, reception, public toilets and ground floor stairs.
