Fancy Festive Feasts
Eastbourne's Culinary Arts Studio is offering a new festive food course for Christmas.
The Festive Cooking course runs on December 9, and will teach how to cook a variety of gourmet winter foods, including braised Guinea Fowl with potato rosti, caramelised onion chutney, celeriac puree and roasted baby beetroot in a thyme oil, and a warm chocolate soufflé with poached kumquats served with a cardamom and vanilla ice cream.
