Eastbourne Borough Council are offering residents and tourists the chance to hire beach chalets at Holywell, as current leases on the properties expire.
The chalets are available to hire for a minimum of 12 months, at a standard fee of £3495. However, Eastbourne residents get a discounted fee of £2920. The licence fee includes VAT, repairs, water and gas.
