X-Factor Style Comp Returns to South
The biggest annual talent search outside of the X factor is kicking off once more.
The first auditions for Live and Unsigned 2008, previously South Coast Idol, come to the South from December 2.
‘The Live and Unsigned competition is all about exposing and finding individual un-manufactured music talent, going back to what music should be all about– real talent, style and performance, from which it will find recording artists with real potential,’ said a spokesperson for the event.
Over 10,000 people entered the 2007 competition and many participating acts have gone on to industry success.
This year’s under 18’s winner Fizz Reynolds who has been working on her new album with four time Ivor Novello award winning producer Mark Hill (producer for Craig David, Lemar). Sean Rumsey, a regional winner, can now be seen in the final eleven of the X Factor as part of boy band Futureproof.
