'bendys gig signals new era

Following the news that our council is officially backing live music, Stringbendy's will host a local live night next month.

SDC Rocks, organised by students at Sussex Downs College, are hosting their 2006/07 launch party signaling the start of a year's program of live music around the town.

Acts appearing at Stringbendy's include The Terrorcats, Speakyourheart, Push Power and This Project, recently crowned the SDC Rocks Band of the Year.

Stringbendy's, Friday October 20. Doors 7pm. £3.
